The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher KLHDC1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated KLHDC1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUSC and ESCA are the cancer types where KLHDC1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
