KLF8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KLF8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLF8-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPATA19, OR6B3, and LCE1C. Each is linked with KLF8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLF8-to-partner and partner-to-KLF8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SPATA19 grouped by KLF8-low versus KLF8-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLF8→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLF8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
