Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLF4P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,664 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLF4P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of Ras protein signal transduction, Negative regulation of mRNA metabolic process, and Establishment of protein localization to vacuole. Each is linked with KLF4P1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLF4P1-to-partner and partner-to-KLF4P1 results are reported.
