Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLF2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 54 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KLF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR7702, MIR8064, and CYP2C19. Each is linked with KLF2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLF2-to-partner and partner-to-KLF2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR7702 grouped by KLF2-low versus KLF2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
