Across TCGA cell cohorts, KLF18 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 279 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLF18-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Schwann cell differentiation, Regulation of protein localization to cell-cell junction, and Protein localization to membrane. Each is linked with KLF18 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLF18-to-partner and partner-to-KLF18 results are reported.
