KLF13

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLF13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,404 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLF13-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KLF13_S162, MRPS35, and SRP54. Each is linked with KLF13 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLF13-to-partner and partner-to-KLF13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KLF13 versus KLF13_S162 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLF13→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLF13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
