KLF13

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLF13 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,366 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLF13-associated genes across cancer lineages are MT2A, MTMR10, and KCTD4. Each is linked with KLF13 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLF13-to-partner and partner-to-KLF13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KLF13 versus MT2A in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.62.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLF13→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLF13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
