KLF13

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLF13 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 50 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLF13-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, 14-3-3_beta, and eEF2. Each is linked with KLF13 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLF13-to-partner and partner-to-KLF13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eIF4E grouped by KLF13-low versus KLF13-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLF13→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLF13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
