KLF12

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLF12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 25,526 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLF12-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ABI2, GABPA, and LMNB2. Each is linked with KLF12 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLF12-to-partner and partner-to-KLF12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KLF12 versus ABI2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLF12→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLF12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
