Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLF12 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,385 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KLF12-associated genes across cancer lineages are HNRNPCP7, EFEMP1, and GLT8D2. Each is linked with KLF12 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLF12-to-partner and partner-to-KLF12 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KLF12 versus HNRNPCP7 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLF12→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLF12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
