KLF12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLF12 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 52 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLF12-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, eIF4E, and ERK2. Each is linked with KLF12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLF12-to-partner and partner-to-KLF12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eEF2 grouped by KLF12-low versus KLF12-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLF12→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLF12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
