KLF11

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLF11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,402 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLF11-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SRP19_S135, SRP68, and VEZF1. Each is linked with KLF11 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLF11-to-partner and partner-to-KLF11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KLF11 versus SRP19_S135 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLF11→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLF11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
