Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLF11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 899 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KLF11-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL837P, RN7SL22P, and OSBPL9P5. Each is linked with KLF11 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLF11-to-partner and partner-to-KLF11 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL837P grouped by KLF11-low versus KLF11-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLF11→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLF11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
