The most reproducible KLF11-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of macroautophagy, Regulation of autophagosome assembly, and Regulation of vacuole organization. Each is linked with KLF11 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLF11-to-partner and partner-to-KLF11 results are reported.
