KLF11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KLF11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLF11-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPATA48, OR4N4, and KRTAP5-6. Each is linked with KLF11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLF11-to-partner and partner-to-KLF11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SPATA48 grouped by KLF11-low versus KLF11-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLF11→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLF11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
