KLF10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLF10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,613 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLF10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TUBB6, C1R, and DAPK3. Each is linked with KLF10 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLF10-to-partner and partner-to-KLF10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KLF10 versus TUBB6 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLF10→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLF10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
