Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLF10 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,159 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KLF10-associated genes across cancer lineages are BEX4, ZNF252P, and HOMER2. Each is linked with KLF10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLF10-to-partner and partner-to-KLF10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KLF10 versus BEX4 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.56.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLF10→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLF10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
