Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLF10 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLF10-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, Cyclin-B1, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with KLF10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLF10-to-partner and partner-to-KLF10 results are reported.
