KLF10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KLF10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLF10-associated genes across cancer lineages are MS4A10, IL26, and SFTPA1. Each is linked with KLF10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLF10-to-partner and partner-to-KLF10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MS4A10 grouped by KLF10-low versus KLF10-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLF10→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLF10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
