KLC3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLC3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 768 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR513C, HMGXB4, and MTHFD1. Each is linked with KLC3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLC3-to-partner and partner-to-KLC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR513C grouped by KLC3-low versus KLC3-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
