Across TCGA cell cohorts, KLC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,752 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLC2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of anaphase-promoting complex-dependent catabolic process, Positive regulation of anaphase-promoting complex-dependent catabolic process, and Signal transduction in response to DNA damage. Each is linked with KLC2 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLC2-to-partner and partner-to-KLC2 results are reported.
