KL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 186 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KL-associated genes across cancer lineages are TAS2R7, PF4V1, and CHIA. Each is linked with KL in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KL-to-partner and partner-to-KL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TAS2R7 grouped by KL-low versus KL-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KL→partner) and Y-score (partner→KL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
