Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, KIZ mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,979 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KIZ-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL828P, RNA5SP511, and FABP5P13. Each is linked with KIZ in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIZ-to-partner and partner-to-KIZ results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL828P grouped by KIZ-low versus KIZ-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIZ→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIZ) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
