KITLG

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KITLG mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,387 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KITLG-associated genes across cancer lineages are WASHC3P1, RN7SL62P, and MIR4690. Each is linked with KITLG in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KITLG-to-partner and partner-to-KITLG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, WASHC3P1 grouped by KITLG-low versus KITLG-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KITLG→partner) and Y-score (partner→KITLG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
