KIRREL3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KIRREL3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 42 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIRREL3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, eEF2, and p62 Lck ligand. Each is linked with KIRREL3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIRREL3-to-partner and partner-to-KIRREL3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCNA grouped by KIRREL3-low versus KIRREL3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIRREL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIRREL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
