Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, KIRREL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,398 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KIRREL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are APTX, NDUFAF1, and SUPV3L1. Each is linked with KIRREL2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIRREL2-to-partner and partner-to-KIRREL2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, APTX grouped by KIRREL2-low versus KIRREL2-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIRREL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIRREL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
