KIR3DP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KIR3DP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 86 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIR3DP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ANO1, CEP41, and ASAP3. Each is linked with KIR3DP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIR3DP1-to-partner and partner-to-KIR3DP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ANO1 grouped by KIR3DP1-low versus KIR3DP1-high in COAD.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIR3DP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIR3DP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
