Across TCGA patient cohorts, KIR3DL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,018 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KIR3DL2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of leukocyte proliferation, T cell activation via T cell receptor contact with antigen bound to MHC molecule on antigen presenting cell, and Regulation of B cell activation. Each is linked with KIR3DL2 in more than 30 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIR3DL2-to-partner and partner-to-KIR3DL2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of leukocyte proliferation grouped by KIR3DL2-low versus KIR3DL2-high in SCLC.
