KIR3DL2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KIR3DL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,834 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIR3DL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are DCTPP1, DIABLO, and JPT2. Each is linked with KIR3DL2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIR3DL2-to-partner and partner-to-KIR3DL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DCTPP1 grouped by KIR3DL2-low versus KIR3DL2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIR3DL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIR3DL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
