Across TCGA cell cohorts, KIR3DL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 211 significant associations in total. OESOPHAGUS shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KIR3DL2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein deglycosylation, Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, and Regulation of aggrephagy. Each is linked with KIR3DL2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIR3DL2-to-partner and partner-to-KIR3DL2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Protein deglycosylation grouped by KIR3DL2-low versus KIR3DL2-high in OESOPHAGUS.
