Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, KIR3DL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,301 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KIR3DL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are STAT1_S532, TYMP, and XAF1. Each is linked with KIR3DL1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIR3DL1-to-partner and partner-to-KIR3DL1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KIR3DL1 versus STAT1_S532 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIR3DL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIR3DL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
