KIR3DL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KIR3DL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,574 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIR3DL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSMA7, LRRC59, and MED10. Each is linked with KIR3DL1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIR3DL1-to-partner and partner-to-KIR3DL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PSMA7 grouped by KIR3DL1-low versus KIR3DL1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIR3DL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIR3DL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
