KIR2DS4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KIR2DS4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 923 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIR2DS4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1325P, MIR4477A, and CTBP2P9. Each is linked with KIR2DS4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIR2DS4-to-partner and partner-to-KIR2DS4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIR2DS4→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIR2DS4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
