KIR2DS4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KIR2DS4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 153 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIR2DS4-associated genes across cancer lineages are SCN5A, C12orf56, and FHAD1. Each is linked with KIR2DS4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIR2DS4-to-partner and partner-to-KIR2DS4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIR2DS4→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIR2DS4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
