The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher KIR2DL4 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated KIR2DL4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
LIHC, UCEC, and SKCM are the cancer types where KIR2DL4 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
