KIR2DL4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KIR2DL4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,157 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIR2DL4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GBP4, GBP1, and APOL3. Each is linked with KIR2DL4 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIR2DL4-to-partner and partner-to-KIR2DL4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIR2DL4→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIR2DL4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
