Across TCGA cell cohorts, KIR2DL4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 835 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KIR2DL4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Neutrophil-mediated killing of fungus, Cellular response to ionizing radiation, and Signal transduction in response to DNA damage. Each is linked with KIR2DL4 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIR2DL4-to-partner and partner-to-KIR2DL4 results are reported.
