KIR2DL3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KIR2DL3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,742 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIR2DL3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Response to interleukin-15, Natural killer cell degranulation, and Regulation of leukocyte proliferation. Each is linked with KIR2DL3 in more than 26 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIR2DL3-to-partner and partner-to-KIR2DL3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Response to interleukin-15 grouped by KIR2DL3-low versus KIR2DL3-high in SCLC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIR2DL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIR2DL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
