KIR2DL3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KIR2DL3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,442 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIR2DL3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4790, LRR1, and KRTAP27-1. Each is linked with KIR2DL3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIR2DL3-to-partner and partner-to-KIR2DL3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4790 grouped by KIR2DL3-low versus KIR2DL3-high in OV.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIR2DL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIR2DL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
