KIR2DL3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KIR2DL3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIR2DL3-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, GATA6, and IGFBP2. Each is linked with KIR2DL3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIR2DL3-to-partner and partner-to-KIR2DL3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eEF2 grouped by KIR2DL3-low versus KIR2DL3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIR2DL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIR2DL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
