KIR2DL3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KIR2DL3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 54 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIR2DL3-associated genes across cancer lineages are NOTCH2, CWC22, and FAT3. Each is linked with KIR2DL3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIR2DL3-to-partner and partner-to-KIR2DL3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NOTCH2 grouped by KIR2DL3-low versus KIR2DL3-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIR2DL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIR2DL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
