KIFC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KIFC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 472 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIFC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SUPV3L1, PANK4, and CBARP. Each is linked with KIFC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIFC2-to-partner and partner-to-KIFC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SUPV3L1 grouped by KIFC2-low versus KIFC2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIFC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIFC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
