KIFC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KIFC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 84 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIFC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are KLHL40, TAS1R2, and TRIM49B. Each is linked with KIFC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIFC2-to-partner and partner-to-KIFC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KLHL40 grouped by KIFC2-low versus KIFC2-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIFC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIFC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
