KIFC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KIFC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,225 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIFC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARFIP2, PDF, and ACD. Each is linked with KIFC1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIFC1-to-partner and partner-to-KIFC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ARFIP2 grouped by KIFC1-low versus KIFC1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIFC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIFC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
