KIFC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KIFC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIFC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SIGLEC8, OR10G3, and CYP39A1. Each is linked with KIFC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIFC1-to-partner and partner-to-KIFC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SIGLEC8 grouped by KIFC1-low versus KIFC1-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIFC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIFC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
