KIFBP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KIFBP RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,442 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIFBP-associated genes across cancer lineages are C5orf51, CHUK, and DNAJC9. Each is linked with KIFBP in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIFBP-to-partner and partner-to-KIFBP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIFBP→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIFBP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
