KIFBP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KIFBP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,674 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIFBP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ANXA7, SLK, and BIN2_S444. Each is linked with KIFBP in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIFBP-to-partner and partner-to-KIFBP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIFBP→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIFBP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
