KIFBP

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KIFBP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,630 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIFBP-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPS16, VPS26A, and ECD. Each is linked with KIFBP in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIFBP-to-partner and partner-to-KIFBP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIFBP→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIFBP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
