KIFAP3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KIFAP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,886 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIFAP3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TIPRL, PMVK, and DIP2C. Each is linked with KIFAP3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIFAP3-to-partner and partner-to-KIFAP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KIFAP3 versus TIPRL in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIFAP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIFAP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
