KIFAP3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KIFAP3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,380 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIFAP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIF3A, NDRG3, and DZANK1. Each is linked with KIFAP3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIFAP3-to-partner and partner-to-KIFAP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KIFAP3 versus KIF3A in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIFAP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIFAP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
